Some (not all) have packing dates of 2019 (noted in descriptions, but this meat is in impeccable shape. With sealed vacuum-wraps stored in a zero-degree freezer, this meat is as good as the day it was packaged. (The big packers use codes instead of dates on their packages so you don't always know when store-bought meat was packed. Most small-scale processors use dates instead of codes for simpler record-keeping, and we want to be as transparent as possible with you.) The only exception are some of the bone-in items, because the bones push against the vac-seals, and while the package is still sealed, air has gotten in, and some of the bone-in steaks and roasts are no longer vac-sealed. We do our best to inspect every piece of meat before it gets packed, however.
