These birds spent their 2-3 years lives collecting bugs, eating grass and amassing a tremendous amount of vitamins, minerals and essential (to you) fatty acids, and the nutrition and taste of dishes prepared with these birds is par excellence.
Our chickens are fed a locally milled, organic ration from Reedy Fork Organic Farm, and get a fresh salad bar daily. They are harvested on-farm, by the same caring hands that raised them.
