Beef tongue is high in fat which translates to more flavor. When cooking, make sure to scrub and clean it, then place into boiling water with preferred seasonings. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer for about an hour. Place in ice bath and let it cool so you can handle it. Once cooled, remove tastebuds and skin, then slice and serve.
