See what it means to be passionately pastured

Saturday July 27th • 9am

These haywagon tours are given by Suzanne and are free-wheeling, inspiring and no-holds-barred discussions about what it means to eat and why we farm the way we do. Each one is different and we promise you will leave with a new sense of possibility. Bring your questions. This tour is what you make it.
$10 for adults, $5 for children ages 5-12 and children under 5 are free. Tour runs about 75-90 minutes and are held rain or shine, so long as road conditions permit. We will rebook you on next available tour if rained out, which may be the following season.

Where we'll meet

Tour starts at 9am and takes off from 1568 Haw Ranch Rd. Graham, NC 27253.

What we'll learn

We started this farm as a homestead to feed our family and we are serious about what it means to say, “this is food.”

What to wear

Be sure to wear clothing you don't mind getting dirty and appropriate for the weather. Closed-toe shoes are best.

What to bring

Bring a reusable water bottle full of water, sunscreen, a cooler to fill with our delicious farm food, cash and/or card for payment, lots of questions and an open mind.

Suzanne Nelson Karreman

Owner, farmer and mother hen, Suzanne started this farm to feed her family food with integrity. “I wanted to eat milk that came from a cow that ate only grass, and that should not be a radical concept but it still is. I wanted to eat eggs from chickens that were able to be outside, eat grass, eat bugs, but also be foodstuff that I found appropriate.”  —Suzanne Nelson Karreman
